Identity check
A team member reviews a government-issued ID before a guest may be seated. Verification reduces impersonation; it is not a background or criminal-record check.
Trust and safety
Before / during / after
No safety system can remove every risk from meeting another adult. Ours is designed to reduce avoidable risk, give you control, and make help easy to reach.

Events take place in staffed hotels, restaurants, cafes, or clubs. Venue staff and ordinary patrons may be present.
A host checks the paid list, helps guests find the table, remains available during the event, and can support an exit or report.
Guests receive no identity or contact details beforehand. Venues receive only the information needed to deliver the event.
Your control
Your participation is voluntary throughout. A match, payment, or arrival never creates an obligation to stay, share personal information, drink alcohol, accept transport, or continue contact.
Tell the host if you want support leaving or arranging transport. In immediate danger, leave first and call emergency services.
Do not photograph, film, or record another guest without their clear permission. The host may require recording to stop and content to be deleted.
A refusal to share contact details, continue the evening, drink, or meet again is final. Unwanted follow-up may lead to suspension.
Reporting
During an event, tell the host. Afterwards, email us with the event, what happened, and how to contact you. We restrict reports to people who need them, but may preserve or disclose information where required for safety, legal compliance, or a fair review.
