Refunds
You only pay once you have a seat, so refunds are rare. When they happen, this is how.
You cancel
- Before the table locks (12 hours before it starts): full refund to the original payment method, within 5 to 7 working days.
- After the table locks: no refund. The venue has been paid for your seat. If you tell us early we will try to fill it from standby and, if we do, refund you.
We cancel
- If a table is still short at lock time and we call it off, you get a full refund and a free seat at a later event of your choice.
- If a venue falls through and we cannot move the event, same: full refund plus a free seat.
No refund
- No-shows.
- Removal for breaking the code of conduct or misrepresenting your audience type.
Payment links that expire
If your payment link expires before you pay, no money has moved and there is nothing to refund. The seat is offered to the standby list.
